To create a profile, you must be 18 years of age.

You are not allowed to disclose your or anyone else's email address, telephone number, postal address, Line, Skype, Snapchat, Facebook, Instagram or any other form of contact information in your profile.

It is not allowed to refer links to material that directs the user away from the site, or otherwise transfers the users to their own or others' websites on the Internet.

It is not allowed to use a profile as a trading platform of any kind, or to invite, run, or advertise events that are not relevant to the site.

Profiles with illegal content, or with reference to internet sites with illegal content, calls for illegal activity, racist messages and the like. will be deleted immediately and without notice. In severe cases, police reports will be made.

We do not verify each member, so you need to make sure that your profile does not violate the law inside and outside Thailand and you agree to take personal take responsibility for your own actions. Our website does not have any responsibility in the guilt of your action.

We reserve the right to reject any profile texts that does not contain any relevant informations about you or what you are looking for.

The site reserves the right to suspend, block or delete profiles that we believe are junk or otherwise have not entered truthful data about itself.

We do not allow sexually inappropriate profiles ex. looking for sex profiles. These profiles will immediately be suspended.

For your security, we do not allow our users to use their full name as their username.

We reserve the right to delete a profile, that’s not verified in the first 24 hours.

 

CONSENT

In connection with the creation of your profile, you consent to us storing the information that you enter in the creation process that is necessary to have a profile on the website.

This information is kept confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party at any time, except in the case of any offenses. If you wish to revoke this consent, you must delete your profile.

By creating the profile, you also consent to the site being allowed to display your profile as well as the profile content to the other users of the portal, via e-mail and page views on the site, as well as in own advertisements on the Internet.

Content that is found to be in violation of Thai law, or which violates our applicable content rules, may be deleted from the site without notice. In case of doubt, the site alone determines whether the content complies with the rules.

Note: Please note that content posted on the Internet can potentially be saved by other users. Therefore, choose carefully what content you choose to publish on your profile.

IMPORTANT: Using any pictures of the Thai Royal Family will immediately be reported to the authorities and the accounts will be suspended.

 

GENERAL

The site reserves the right to monitor, administer and, where appropriate, delete profiles, lodges, blog posts, images / video, or other content contained on the Website, which is not assessed in accordance with internal rules or applicable Thai law. In severe cases, police reports will be made. Monitoring is only done by staff employed by the site.

The profiles on the site are intended solely as an offer to individuals who have non-financial interests in relation to other people. The profiles must therefore not contain their own created advertisements or be linked to financial interests without the permission of the site.

Private individuals, companies, clubs or organizations that utilize the site for profit are not welcome. The profile is personal and therefore must not be transferred to another person without our prior permission.

The site reserves all rights to the material displayed on the site, including trademark and copyright of its own produced material. The Content may not be reproduced or used in any form without the permission of the site. In the event of a breach of the above, liability is incurred.

AGREEMENT

By subscribing or purchasing services on hisodating.com, you agree to the following terms and conditions. The general terms and conditions that you accepted in connection with the creation of your profile apply concurrently to these terms and conditions.

We reserve the rights to send you relevant news and notifications by e-email. These e-emails can always be unsubscribed under Settings and Edit Profile.

Once you have made a purchase by bank transfer. You will receive a receipt under Membership and Purchase History. 
All PayPal payment recipes, will only be send to the email you have used for the payment.

 

CANCELLATION

When you purchase a subscription, you will have direct access to otherwise closed areas of the site, which is why purchases of subscriptions are not subject to the right of cancellation.

It also means on the last expiring date, it will show Last day on your profile, when there are less than 24 hours left on your subscription.
